Biography:
Hugh is a retired pharmacist. After having served in the army during World War II, he attended the University of Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1951.
When Hugh bought property in 1969, he became acquainted with the original group of individuals, who started our water utility business. Hugh continues to lives in Blue Ridge. Because water quality and cost are important to him, he has served on the Frognot WSC Board of Directors for 11 years.
